Wear resistant agent MT-FW4300

Fluorine compound rubber 2025-04-25

MT-FW 4300 is made of 100% pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is a white powder with free-flowing properties.

Application:

– Applied to thermoplastic resins, it can improve its lubricity and wear resistance, and can greatly avoid the appearance of surface defects and scaling of injection molded parts. In plastic resins such as nylon (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC), polyester, polyimide, polysulfide (PPS), polysulfone, the usual addition amount is 5%20%, and the resulting parts can show good lubricity and anti-friction and wear properties. In metal devices, it can also be coated on the surface of the metal to form a lubricating protective layer to protect the safety of the product during storage or transportation. Improve the non-stickiness, lubricity and friction properties of the material in the coating.

Physical and chemical properties:

– Bulk density 425g/l

– Average particle size 12um

– Melting point 325℃

– Specific surface area 1.5m2/g
