Fosfomycin sodium can combine with a bacterial cell wall synthetase to block the first step reaction of bacteria using related substances to synthesize cell wall, thus playing a bactericidal role. It has antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Neisseria gonorrhoeae chemicalbook, Proteus mirabilis, typhoid bacillus, Serratia, most Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus faecalis, some indole positive Proteus, some Klebsiella and Enterobacter.
Description
It is a white crystalline powder under normal temperature. It has hygroscopicity and is very soluble in water. It is exothermic when dissolved.
Application
