Fluorocarbon powder coating is a 100%-solid powder built on fluorine-containing resin as the main film-former. The resin carries a high density of carbon–fluorine bonds; the F–C bond energy (about 485 kJ/mol) is among the strongest in organic chemistry, so heat and ultraviolet light find it hard to break. That is why the film shows very long weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, with exceptional stability among resin coatings.

Standards & Weathering

The weathering performance meets the requirements of GB/T 5237.4-2017 Class III, Qualicoat Class 3, and AAMA 2605 — the top-tier specifications for architectural exterior finishes. Ultrafine powder technology combined with metal-bonding process gives a very flat film with true metallic glitter, protecting outdoor architectural metal while keeping a high-value, colourful surface.

Why F–C Chemistry Matters

Under sunlight and heat, ordinary resins gradually chain-scission, chalk and lose gloss; the strong F–C backbone resists that, so the film holds gloss and colour through many outdoor years. The same bond chemistry gives excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and urban pollution — useful on façades, coastal structures and industrial atmospheres.
