STD7512 is a green, carbon-negative, low-VOC product, a three-component intumescent thermal insulation epoxy coating using carbon dioxide as a foaming agent. It exhibits excellent water resistance, heat resistance, and mechanical properties, with strong adhesion to various surfaces such as metals, fibers, and resin-based composites. It forms a smooth surface after curing, with no dust, chalking, cracking, or peeling. The high hardness of the coating ensures a good appearance even without a topcoat. Durable with a service life exceeding 20 years, it forms a dense carbon layer upon combustion, providing high thermal insulation efficiency to protect underlying objects.
