Introduction

Product Introduction:
This product is carefully formulated using epoxy resin and functional curing agents. It features high reactivity, strong adhesion, high cross-link density, and excellent resistance to chemicals, solvents, cathodic disbondment, as well as superior flexibility and impact resistance.

Product Usage:
Suitable for anti-corrosion of oil and gas transmission pipelines, municipal water supply, drainage, sewage, circulating water, chemical industry, and can also serve as a base layer for anti-corrosion in thermal insulation and submarine cable applications.

Product Features:

  1. Excellent adhesion to the substrate.
  2. Good leveling of the coating surface with moderate gloss.
  3. Strong resistance to permeation and corrosion.
  4. High surface hardness and dense coating, good resistance to plant root penetration.

Storage Period:

  1. The product can be stored for 6 months in dry conditions below 30°C.
  2. The used coating must be re-sealed immediately to prevent moisture absorption affecting performance.
  3. Packaging: 20kg paper boxes lined with plastic bags.

Health and Safety:

  1. The product is non-toxic and non-flammable, but follow GB15607-1995 coating operation safety regulations when using.

Precautions:

  1. Do not mix different types of powders.
  2. Not recommended for outdoor use; fading and chalking may occur with long-term outdoor exposure.
  3. The steel pipe surface should be free of oil and moisture, with surface treatment quality reaching Sa21/2 level (GB/T8923), anchor pattern depth should be 40-100um, and the surface should be cleaned of dust and abrasives.
  4. Preheating: The temperature should be controlled between 180-230°C.
