Mechanism of Action Fasudil is a non-specific RhoA/ROCK inhibitor with Ki values of 0.33 μM for ROCK1 and 0.158 μM for ROCK2. It also inhibits protein kinases (e.g., PKA, PKC) and acts as a Ca²⁺ channel antagonist.
