Main Purpose FALAC-PW66 is a specialized coating for white powder foil.
Product Features – Suitable for hot stamping on paper products, BOPP, and most plastic materials.<br>- Suitable for hot stamping on laminated paper and ordinary ink-printed products.<br>- Suitable for hot stamping on pencil, ballpoint pen, and other pen barrels.<br>- Excellent hot stamping performance with moderate release.
Physical Properties – Appearance: White viscous liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 50-55% (150℃ × 30min)<br>- Formulation:<br> Main agent (FALAC-PW66) : Diluent (n-Butyl acetate) = 5 : 1<br>- Mixing Note: Mix the above ingredients using a high-speed disperser for about 30 minutes to ensure uniform resin mixing.<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer
Coating Process – Anilox Roll: Approximately 100 mesh<br>- Dry Coating Weight:<br> First coat: 5~6 g/m²<br> Second coat: 10~12 g/m²<br>- Drying Oven Temperature: 100~110℃ for 10~15 seconds<br>- Coating Speed: 80~100 m/min<br>- Release Requirements: Can be directly coated on the surface of PET film. An additional release layer of OPWAX or water wax can be added to the PET film surface if needed.
Stability Sealed packaging, can be stored for at least 6 months in a cool and dry environment.
