Introduction
MT-610 AM exterior durable polyester powder coating is a TGIC-free polyester system built for outdoor exposure, with good weather resistance from a single coat and built-in antimicrobial technology that reduces bacteria and mould by up to 99.9%. Available in a wide range of colours and finishes.
Typical Uses
Outdoor furniture, playground equipment, signs, fencing, vending machines and general metal finishing; also suitable indoors where required. The antimicrobial add-on is useful on high-touch or humid surfaces.

Pretreatment & Application
Galvanised steel needs multi-stage pretreatment (zinc phosphate or chromate conversion) or controlled sweep blasting; degassing or anti-bubble additives may be required. Zinc phosphating of ferrous metals improves corrosion resistance; aluminium may need chromate conversion. Apply by manual or automatic electrostatic spray at the recommended film thickness.
