Properties: White to off-white crystals without irritating odor, easily soluble. This product decomposes into carbon disulfide, diethylamine, etc. when exposed to acid.
Main uses:
The collection performance of ethylthiodisulfide is similar to that of xanthate and black medicine, but compared with xanthate and black medicine, ethylthiodisulfide has the characteristics of strong collection ability, fast flotation speed and low dosage of reagents. Due to its weak collection ability for iron ore, ethylthiodisulfide has good selectivity in the flotation of sulfide ores. It has a better separation effect than xanthate and black medicine in the flotation of copper, lead, antimony and other metal sulfide ores.
