Product Introduction

STD9100 is a specialized epoxy resin recycling agent. During resin curing, degradable covalent bonds (such as acetal bonds, disulfide bonds, Schiff base bonds, and ester bonds) are introduced into the cross-linked network, enabling the epoxy resin to degrade into small molecular monomers or oligomers under mild conditions. For cured resins, immersion in the KB-9100B solution at room temperature allows the recycling of cross-linked high-performance epoxy resins.

Instructions

This product should only be handled by trained professionals.

Operations must be conducted in areas with local or general ventilation to avoid eye and skin contact and inhalation of vapors. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment.

This product can be cross-linked and cured into a final product when mixed in specific ratios.

It reacts violently with acids and bases. Avoid contact with oxidizers and other incompatible materials.

The proportions of epoxy resin and curing agent in the formulation can be adjusted based on application requirements.

Storage Conditions & Shelf Life

Must be stored in a cool, dry, and clean environment.

Seal immediately after use.

Shelf life in original packaging under proper storage conditions: 24 months.

Personal Protective Equipment	Impermeable gloves to avoid skin contact.
Respiratory Protection	No special protection required.
Eye Protection	Chemical splash goggles recommended.
Body Protection	Wear protective clothing resistant to this product. Equip with boots, gloves, eyewash stations, and emergency showers as needed.

Skin Contact

Rinse thoroughly with soap and water for 5 minutes or until contaminants are removed.

Eye Contact

Lift eyelids and rinse with running water or saline for 20 minutes.

Seek immediate medical attention.

Inhalation

Move to fresh air immediately.
