Introduction

Product Characteristics

Fusion bonded 3PE consists of an epoxy powder primer layer, adhesive layer, and polyethylene layer. All three layers are applied by spraying or dipping processes. After coating, there is no obvious interface between the three layers, providing stronger peel strength compared with traditional wrapped 3PE coatings. It also overcomes the problems of poor adhesion at weld seams and reduced coating thickness in traditional wrapped 3PE systems, significantly reducing the risk of 3PE coating anti-corrosion failure.
