Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
Pretreat the workpiece before spraying to remove surface contaminants thoroughly.
Compressed Air and Grounding
Use clean, oil-free and moisture-free compressed air. Inspect the oil-water separator regularly, and keep workpiece fixtures clean to maintain reliable grounding.
Equipment and Powder Handling
Keep the powder feeder, spray gun, and recovery system clean. Do not mix powders from different manufacturers or product models. Sieve recovered powder before blending it with fresh powder at the specified ratio.
Curing and Work Environment
Maintain uniform oven temperature, with a temperature difference of no more than ±5°C between areas. Keep the coating area free of dust to help prevent surface defects.

Storage Conditions
Keep sealed and store indoors in a ventilated place at temperatures below 35°C.
Shelf Life
One year from the production completion date. Products beyond this period may be used only after inspection confirms they meet the applicable requirements.
