Introduction
EP hybrid powder coating combines epoxy and polyester resins as the main binders, drawing on each one’s strengths: good levelling, decorative appearance, mechanical properties and strong corrosion resistance. It is the general-purpose indoor workhorse.
Product Description
Epoxy and polyester resin as main raw materials, each contributing its own properties — excellent levelling, decorative finish, mechanical performance and strong corrosion resistance. Widely used on indoor metal products. Specific gravity 1.2–1.8 (by colour and gloss). Storage below 35°C in a dry place, 12 months with intact packaging. Packing 20 kg/carton with double polyethylene liner.

Application
Surface treatment according to substrate and required performance. Apply by corona or tribo electrostatic gun. Film thickness 60–70 µm. Cure at object temperature 180°C × 15 min.
