Introduction

Equipment Introduction

The Dip Tank Multi-Station Pretreatment System is a commonly used surface treatment equipment. Its principle is to accelerate chemical reactions through mechanical scrubbing to complete processes such as degreasing, phosphating, and water washing.

The typical process for spray pretreatment of steel parts is: pre-degreasing, degreasing, water washing, water washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, water washing, water washing, and pure water washing.

Pretreatment can also adopt shot blasting cleaning machines, which are suitable for steel parts with simple structures, severe rust, and no or little oil contamination. It also avoids water pollution.

Main Process Objectives of Pretreatment

Provide a clean surface;

Significantly improve the adhesion of the workpiece surface;

Greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the coating film;

Improve the surface smoothness and decorative performance of the workpiece;

Create a good substrate condition for coating application.

Pretreatment Requirements and Configuration

Full spray pretreatment process

The equipment adopts a complete spray treatment process with reasonable production space utilization.

Reverse cleaning method for water washing spray

The water washing spray adopts a reverse cleaning method, which improves cleaning quality while saving water consumption.

Spray chamber design

The top of the spray chamber is equipped with high-temperature-resistant sealing brushes and exhaust devices, which prevent gas leakage and protect the rails and chains from corrosion.

Isolation water baffles are installed between each spray process section to reduce liquid carry-over between different treatment stages.
