1. the ethylene oxide method is obtained by ammoniation of dimethylamine with ethylene oxide, distillation, rectification, and dehydration.
2. The chloroethanol method is obtained by saponifying chloroethanol with alkali to generate ethylene oxide, and then synthesizing with dimethylamine.

can be used to synthesize local anesthetics, antihistamines, antispasmodics and antihypertensive drugs. It is also a raw material for the preparation of emulsifiers, Textile Auxiliaries, corrosion inhibitors, flocculants, scale inhibitors, ion exchange resins and dyes. This product can also be used as epoxy resin low temperature curing accelerator, polyurethane foam foaming agent and paint solvent.
