Our composite curing ovens are designed for precision curing of prepreg moulds and components, casting resins, silicones and more. As a composite oven manufacturer, we supply small to large-scale out-of-autoclave (OOA) curing systems to aerospace, automotive, military and sporting-goods companies — engineered to meet demanding aerospace-grade curing requirements with advanced process controls, autoclave-grade vacuum systems and tight temperature uniformity.
Composite curing ovens are a specialised batch oven type used to heat composite materials in a controlled environment. During cure, heat activates a chemical reaction within the material, producing a finished structure with high strength-to-weight performance. Our complete OOA curing system includes the carbon-fibre oven, an integrated multi-port vacuum system and a process controller that maintains tight temperature uniformity — built to meet NADCAP, AS9100 and AMS2750E requirements for out-of-autoclave carbon-fibre and composite manufacturing.
