Product description

This product is made of fine-porous silica gel with high active adsorption material as the basic raw material. It is an indicating adsorbent with high added value and high technical content after deep processing. It belongs to adsorption desiccant. It contains blue silica gel desiccant. When the desiccant absorbs water, the blue silica gel particles of the product visually turn pink. It is insoluble in water and any solvent, non-toxic and odorless, chemically stable, and does not react with any substance except strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid. The chemical composition and physical structure of silica gel determine that it has many characteristics that are difficult to replace by other similar materials. It has high adsorption performance, good thermal stability, stable chemical properties, and high mechanical strength. At the same time, silica gel is also the only desiccant that has passed the US FDA certification and can be used in direct contact with medicines and food.

Main features

1. Color-changing indication: When the desiccant absorbs moisture through blue silica gel, the visual product color changes to pink;

When it absorbs moisture to saturation, there will be no surface and morphological changes. It has the characteristics of fast moisture absorption and no deformation;

3. Safe and green environmental protection: It is insoluble in water and any solvent, has stable chemical properties, and does not react with any substance except strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid.

4. At the same time, silica gel is also the only desiccant certified by the US FDA that can be used in direct contact with medicines and foods, and can be recycled if conditions are met;

How to use

1. The surface of the rust-proofed items should be clean and dry, and there should be no residual debris, stains or other dirt.

2. When the orange indicator silica gel particles completely turn green, the desiccant has completely absorbed moisture and can be replaced with a new desiccant.

3. The normal usage is 100-200g/CBM, which can be increased or decreased according to the actual packaging environment.

4. The recommended packaging method is sealed packaging, which has the best anti-rust effect.

Notes

Please put the unused product back into the sealed packaging.

Packaging and storage

Packaging: 5g, 10g, 20g, 30g, 50g, 100g, 500g in bags can be customized according to customer requirements.

Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place, with a shelf life of 12 months.
