Physical and Chemical Properties
It is a non-ionic surfactant with no cloud point. It is a light yellow to amber viscous liquid, easily soluble in water, with good foaming, foam stabilization, penetration and decontamination, and hard water resistance.
Mechanism of Action
MT-FS-1 can reduce the molecular repulsion of the bubble liquid film, distribute in an orderly manner in the bubble liquid film, and give the foam good viscosity and self-repairing ability, thereby achieving a foam stabilization effect. It can disperse and suspend the solid particles in the slurry, reduce the difference in volume density between the upper, middle and lower parts of the product, make the pores evenly distributed, significantly improve the pore structure, reduce the number of holes, and improve the physical properties (strength) of the product.
Product Use
MT-FS-1 can be used as a cement concrete foam stabilizer, foaming aid and conditioning agent. Used in the manufacture of cement concrete for construction.
