Description
Calcium Acetate occurs as a fine, white, bulky powder. It is freely soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol.
Application
(1) Used as an analytical reagent and also for the synthesis of acetate
(2) Used as a food stabilizer, corrosion inhibitor。
(3) Used in the manufacture of acetone, acetic acid and polyester industries.
(4) Calcium acetate is a good food calcium fortifier, and its absorption effect is better than inorganic calcium.
