C5 inhibitor STD6 has the functions of anti-oxidation, anti-polymerization, cleaning and dispersing, and can effectively inhibit the scaling and oxidation of Cs and Cg products in the process of hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline. The additive has strong thermal stability, good water resistance, dissolves in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, and does not contain halogens and heavy metal elements.

Properties

This additive has the appearance of a red oily liquid, is weakly alkaline, and is irritating to the human body.

Use

It is used to prevent the high-temperature polymerization of olefin monomers such as styrene and diene under non-oxygen conditions, especially the high-temperature polymerization of olefin substances in the production and separation process of the Cs removal tower of the pyrolysis hydrogenation gasoline unit, and the anti-polymerization and anti-scaling of the hydrogenation reactor. It can also be used for the anti-oxidation and anti-polymerization of pyrolysis gasoline.

Precautions

1. Injection concentration: In industrial applications, the general injection concentration is 40~80mg/g of the material flow at the injection point

(based on the original additive solution). You can first inject 80mg/g, run for several days, and then gradually reduce it to 60pg/g, observe the effect, decide to increase or decrease, and determine the optimal injection concentration.

2. Injection point: The recommended injection site is the release line of the debutanizer tower kettle liquid (or the feed line of the C removal tower) and the gas phase extraction line at the top of the tower (to be determined according to the actual situation of the specific user).

3. Injection method: The additive can be injected into the system evenly and continuously with a plunger metering pump, or it can be diluted with a solvent into a solution of a certain concentration as needed.

4. Evaluation method: The evaluation of the application effect of the additive is mainly based on the pressure difference of the Cs removal tower before and after the injection of the additive and the operation cycle of the reboiler, as well as the change of the pressure difference of the hydrogenation reactor.

Packaging

This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel or plastic barrel with a net weight of 160kg.

Store in a cool and low temperature place, avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
