Introduction
Bronze gold hammer texture powder coating is a decorative epoxy-polyester hybrid finish that combines a warm bronze-gold tone with a regular hammered surface. Applied by electrostatic spray, it gives a semi-gloss, antiseptic film on metal substrates — hiding surface imperfections and reducing visible wear.

Practical note: hammer texture depends on even film build — too thin loses the pattern, too thick blurs it; hold 70–90 µm and keep gun distance and spray speed constant so the hammer strikes stay uniform. Bronze-gold is a metallic/effect colour, so batch control matters: use one batch on assembled parts and expect slight tone variation between batches. As an epoxy-polyester hybrid it is best indoors or covered — long outdoor UV exposure will dull and chalk the gold tone; choose a super-durable polyester if the part stays exposed.
