Back Coating Resin for Brightening Film – HMB-147

Main Application

HMB-147 is a UV-curable acrylic resin used for the production of back coatings for brightening films (Matte molding method).

2. Good demolding performance with Matte molds, suitable for the production of matte back coating films with high and low haze levels.

3. Excellent anti-static effect, film resistance of 10^11 (before and after high temperature and high humidity), no exudation under high temperature and high humidity conditions.

• Film Resistance: 10^11-12 Ω/sq

• Curing Energy (Recommended): Two-step curing: 50-60J (1st low pressure) + 200-300 mJ (2nd high pressure); or One-step curing: 300-400 mJ (high pressure)

• Store in a light-proof environment, at 20-30°C.

Transparent Liquid

UV resin, composed of a combination of UV-curable resins, reactive monomers, and additives.

Scope of Application

This product is suitable for the production of matte back coating films for brightening films (Matte molding method); it has good demolding performance, complete structure replication, excellent anti-static effect, and no exudation under high temperature and high humidity conditions (60°C, 90% RH).

Precautions

1. It is recommended to wear gloves when using this product.

2. Avoid contact of certain monomers with skin (or eyes) to prevent redness and swelling. If contact occurs, wash immediately.

3. Unopened products should be stored in a light-proof environment at room temperature (30°C), avoiding direct sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
