Introduction
Ascorbic Acid Coated is a white to yellowish solid granules. It is a high polymer of vitamin C crystal coating and film. The film is also a waterborne high polymer or a hydrolyzed high polymer. Under the microscope, most of the vitamin C crystals are coated with a film. Due to the protection of the film, these products have stronger antioxidant capacity than those without film and have good moisture resistance.
Application
Ascorbic Acid Coated can be used as a nutritional supplement and antioxidant; it is commonly used in health care products, functional beverages, nutritional high-end cosmetics and feed.
