Appearance: light yellow to yellow transparent to slightly turbid liquid

Application range: anti-phenol yellowing treatment of nylon and its blended fabrics. Used on cotton and polyester fabrics to prevent phenol yellowing caused by silicone oil and film.

Usage: dipping method, padding method

Dosage:

Dip method: 1.0 ~ 3.0% (o.w.f)

Padding method: 20 ~ 60 g/L

Performance introduction:

1. Prevent yellowing caused by sunlight by blocking the amino group of nylon. Prevent yellowing caused by NOx and SOx gases in the air.

2. Prevent yellowing caused by lignin contained in packaging cardboard boxes and BHT as an antioxidant in packaging films.

3. It is used for light-colored and sensitive nylon fabrics. After finishing, it has little effect on color light and has little effect on the anti-heat yellowing effect after molding.

3. It can be used for polyester and cotton fabrics to prevent phenol yellowing caused by silicone oil, film, etc. The pH of the fabric surface can be stabilized at 5-6 during padding finishing.
