Introduction
Anodized powder coating delivers the refined metallic, anodised appearance of aluminium — but is not limited to aluminium alone. With the right system, steel and galvanised steel can be finished with the same cool, brushed anodised look in a single coat, at a lower cost and with shorter lead times than conventional anodising.
The anodised portfolio covers a wide range of shades in smooth matte and flat-matte finishes, giving architects and product designers a consistent, durable appearance across different metal substrates.

5. Application Parameters
High-voltage electrostatic spraying at 60–80 kV.
60–80 μm for optimal appearance and protection.
200°C × 10–15 min (substrate temperature).
6. Quality & Storage
Standard test conditions: tests were carried out on 0.8 mm cold-rolled steel plates that had been degreased and derusted, with a coating film of 40–80 μm. The film performance index may vary slightly with the gloss level.
Compliance: the product contains no arsenic, selenium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, antimony, cadmium, or other heavy metals, and meets RoHS requirements.
Storage: keep in a dry, well-ventilated room at about 35°C, away from direct sunlight. Under these conditions the powder can be stored for 12 months; even if the shelf life is exceeded, it can still be used after re-inspection confirms it is in good condition.
