It is designed for outdoor applications requiring mechanical durability and weather resistance. Standard and ultra-high weather-resistant grades are available, with customizable colors, gloss levels, and surface effects to meet different coating requirements.

Product Features
Mechanical Durability
Designed to provide good adhesion, hardness, impact resistance, and flexibility for coated metal components.
Outdoor Weather Resistance
Weather-resistant formulations help maintain coating appearance and performance during outdoor exposure.
Custom Finishes
Available in different gloss levels, colors, and finishes, including flat, sand-textured, wrinkle, metallic, and mixed-color effects.
Application Areas
This powder coating is suitable for metal products and components exposed to outdoor conditions, including:
Product Series
Weather-resistant grades: Standard weather-resistant and ultra-high weather-resistant formulations are available for different outdoor exposure requirements.
Gloss and color options: Multiple gloss levels and customizable colors are available to match project specifications and approved samples.
Surface effects: Flat, sand-textured, wrinkle, metallic, and mixed-color finishes can be selected according to the product series.
Some products are stated to have passed QUALICOAT Class 1 certification. Please confirm the applicable product, certification holder, and current certificate before using this claim for a specific formulation.

Application Conditions
Pretreatment
Phosphating or chromating, selected according to the substrate and applicable environmental requirements.
Application Methods
Corona electrostatic spraying, triboelectric spraying, or electrostatic fluidized-bed application, depending on the product and workpiece.
Curing Conditions
200°C for 10 minutes or 180°C for 15 minutes. Customized curing schedules can be developed according to project requirements.
Curing times and temperatures should be confirmed against the product’s technical data sheet. Unless otherwise specified, curing conditions should refer to the workpiece temperature rather than the oven air temperature.
Packaging
The powder coating is supplied in cartons lined with polyethylene plastic bags. Standard net weight is 20 kg per carton.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a dry, well-ventilated room below 30°C.
- Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
- Under the specified storage conditions, the stated shelf life is 12 months.
- Expired powder may be retested and used only if it meets the applicable quality requirements.
Safety and Handling
- Consult the product Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before handling and use.
- Avoid inhaling airborne powder and use suitable dust extraction and respiratory protection.
- Wear appropriate protective equipment to minimize prolonged skin contact.
- If powder contacts the skin, wash with soap and water.
- Follow applicable workplace safety and fire-prevention procedures during spraying, recovery, and curing.
