Product Introduction:

AFC-YM-BS001 is a high-efficiency neutral flotation collector for lithium mica developed by Standard International Group (HK) Limited. It has the following characteristics:

Strong applicability: This agent is developed by our company after many years of research and development with more than ten senior mineral processing experts from scientific research institutes and universities. The team uses dozens of lithium mica ores at home and abroad as test samples. It has a good mineral processing effect for different types of lithium mica ores and has strong applicability.

Good ease of use: This lithium mica high-efficiency collector has both selectivity and collection ability, is insensitive to changes in pH value, and can achieve good collection performance in weak acid, weak alkali and neutral environments. At the same time, the foam viscosity is moderate and does not run out of the trough, and it can adapt to different water qualities, which is easy to use in mineral processing plants.

Collect fine particles and improve mineral processing indicators: It has a certain ability to capture fine-grained lithium mica minerals, and is not sensitive to fine particles in the original ore. Even if some fine-grained minerals are mixed in the original ore, good mineral processing indicators can still be achieved.

Green and environmentally friendly: The main components of the high-efficiency collector are low-toxic or non-toxic, weakly corrosive, basically harmless to the human body, have little impact on the surrounding environment, and have low wastewater treatment costs.

Basic performance:

Appearance: light brown paste below 25℃, light brown liquid above 25℃, density: 0.9g/ml (25℃)

Storage conditions:

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse; keep away from fire and heat sources, and store separately from oxidants, reducing agents, alkalis, and acids, and avoid mixed storage.

Usage:

Draw out the liquid collector, put it into a mixing bucket filled with water, stir and dissolve, and prepare the concentration according to the actual situation on site. The recommended concentration is 5%-10%.

Dosage of reagent:

150g/t-350g/t ore, the specific dosage is adjusted according to the on-site usage.

Packaging form:

200kg/barrel, blue plastic barrel packaging or packaging according to customer needs.

Health hazards:

No cases of occupational poisoning have been found so far

Explosion hazard:

No explosion risk.

Skin contact:

Rinse with flowing water.

Eye contact:

Lift the eyelids and rinse with flowing water or saline.

Ingestion:

Drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
