Description
White or off white crystalline powder. Mp282-283 ℃ (decomposition), 0.1mol/l hydrochloric acid solution has the maximum absorption at the wavelength of 265nm. Slightly soluble in water and ethanol, insoluble in chloroform and ether, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide.
Application
Antineoplastic drugs. It has a certain effect on a variety of tumors, such as digestive tract tumors, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, chorionic epithelial cancer, cervical cancer, liver cancer, bladder cancer, skin cancer (local application), vulvar leukoplakia (local application), etc.
