2-Fluorobenzoylchloride CAS 393-52-2
Category:Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients
Introduction
The preparation method of ortho fluorobenzoyl chloride includes the following steps: (1) synthesis of ortho fluorotrichlorobenzene: mixing ortho fluorotoluene and triethanol, heating, adding azobisisobutyronitrile, and starting to introduce chlorine gas to obtain the intermediate ortho trichlorobenzene; (2) Synthesis of ortho fluorobenzoyl chloride: Under stirring conditions, the ortho fluorotrichlorobenzene obtained in step (1) is heated and maintained at a slight negative pressure. Then, a 0.5% zinc chloride aqueous solution is slowly added dropwise, and the dropwise addition is completed within 3 hours; If the conversion of ortho fluorotrichlorobenzene is not complete, add dropwise zinc chloride aqueous solution until ortho fluorotrichlorobenzene is completely converted, purify by vacuum distillation, collect the 100-105 ℃ fraction, and obtain ortho fluorobenzoyl chloride. The preparation method of ortho fluorobenzoyl chloride has the advantages of fewer steps, high product yield, and high purity.
