It is one of the carotenoids and an orange-soluble fat-soluble compound. It is the most common and stable natural pigment in nature. It is soluble in acetone, chloroform, petroleum ether, benzene and vegetable oil, insoluble in water, propylene glycol and glycerin.β -Carotene oil suspension 30%OS is reddish-brown liquid.

Application

It is suitable for coloring and nutrient strengthening of oil-based foods, such as butter, cooking oil, salad, etc., also suitable for soft capsules.
