It has wide antibacterial spectrum, high bioavailability, fast absorption, strong antibacterial power, rapid sterilization, low residue, low toxic and side effects, little stimulation to the body, and has killing effect on Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria.
Description
It is white or almost white, very hygroscopic powder. It is s very soluble in water, sparingly soluble in methanol, practically insoluble in ethanol (96 per cent) and in methylene chloride.
Application
It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, which has certain germicidal efficacy for most Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria. It can be used for respiratory infection, skin infection, urinary infection, intestinal infection caused by sensitive bacteria. It can be used in combination with other antibiotics to treat severe infections caused by sensitive bacteria. It can also be combined with vancomycin in the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection.
Packing and Storage
Preserve in airtight, light-resistant containers. If the substance is sterile, store in a sterile, airtight, tamper-proof container.
