Tinned Copper
Category:Special Chemical Materials
Introduction
Number: W-001
Tin plated copper wire is made of 99.99% copper as the core wire, which is hot-dip tinned with a base alloy; The product has the characteristics of bright appearance, uniform color, strong adhesion of tin layer, and high oxidation resistance, and meets the standard of “SJ2422-83 Tin Plated Copper Wire for Electronic Components”; It is widely used for connecting wires, cables, electronic components’ electronic pins (leads), and PCB board jumper wires (jumpers).
There are three types of packaging methods: rubber shaft, rubber drum, and paper tube
1. Rubber shaft installation: Small rubber shaft: 3-5kg; Medium rubber shaft: 12-18kg; Large rubber shaft: 25-30kg;
2. Rubber drum packaging: 15-25kg;
3. Paper tube packaging: 18-25kg;
Appearance: The surface is bright, the color is uniform, and there are no abnormalities such as desoldering, black spots, cracks, burrs, yellowing, tin nodules, etc.
Wire diameter: allowable deviation ± 0.01mm
Tin plating thickness: Thin plating: 1.5-2.5mm; Medium plating: 2.5-4.0mm; Thick plating: above 4mm
Elongation rate: ≥ 15% (or according to customer requirements)
Conductivity: Low Conductivity: 16-18%; Medium conductivity: 18-22%; High conductivity: over 24%
Repeated bending: ≥ 4 times
Tensile strength: ≥ 245KG/mm2
Solderability: After immersion in lead-free tin at 250 ± 2 ℃ for 2 ± 0.5s, new tin can adhere to over 95%.
Aging test: Bake at 200 ± 5 ℃ for 1 hour without yellowing or blackening.
Continuity: After three cycles of testing with hydrochloric acid and sodium polysulfide solution, there was no exposed copper or black spots.
Bonding force: After being wrapped more than 6 times and immersed in saturated sodium polysulfide for testing, there are no cracks or blackening.
