STG-7900-20 Polyamide wax paste is made of polyamide wax powder predispersed and expanded in organic solvent. Specially designed and applied in the solvent type paint coating system,effectively in the system to establish the tensile viscosity,control the flow hanging and prevent settlement, at the same time, to provide effective help for the orientation and matching of aluminum powder and copper powder of metal pigment system.

Features and advantages:

Compared with the traditional hydrogenated castor oil and the organic bentonite, it has the following advantages:

1. Better touch degeneration, anti-flow resistance and anti-sink performance.

2. The application temperature range is wide, do not need heating and activation.

3. Do not return coarse particles, easy production and operation and reduce costs.

4. Do not affect the gloss and weather resistance of the paint film.

5. Easy to disperse, without grinding, with high-speed dispersal machine dispersion, can also be added after prefabricated gel solution.

6. Help the orientation and coordination of aluminum powder, gold powder and pearl pigments to improve their flash effect.

Recommended use:

7900-20 suitable for all kinds of industrial and civil solvent type paint paint, such as acrylic resin, unsaturated polyester paint, chlorinated rubber paint, epoxy resin paint, vinyl resin paint, amino resin paint and other industrial dual component baking paint, as well as ink, sealant and so on. The applicable solvent systems include aromatics, esters, ethers, and alcohols.

Use and storage methods:

1. It is recommended to use pregel method, and pre-mix wax with resin and solvent to make pregel.

2. Pre-dispersion equipment should use high-speed dispersal machine, do not use high-shear equipment such as sand grinder.

3. The predispersion temperature should generally be 20℃ -40℃,and the time is 30-40 minutes.

4. Store it in a cool and ventilated place, and stay away from the fire source. The container remains sealed.

Recommended Addition:

The total amount of the system is 1.0-5.0%
