Methotrexate is a drug used to treat cancer, also known as cytotoxin. In order to reduce its cytotoxicity, it can be used together with calcium formyl tetrahydrofolate. Description
Orange yellow crystalline powder. Melting point 185-204 ℃. Easily soluble in dilute alkali, acid or alkali metal carbonate solution, slightly soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, almost insoluble in water, ethanol, chloroform, ether.

For acute lymphoid leukemia, lymphoma, malignant hydatidiform mole, choriocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, lung cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer and osteosarcoma, etc
