An imidazole derivative of mercaptopurine, functions by decomposing into mercaptopurine in vivo. Its immune mechanism is the same as mercaptopurine, that is, it has purine antagonism. Application

Immunosuppressive drugs. It is a derivative of mercaptopurine, which decomposes into mercaptopurine in vivo and acts. It is mainly used to inhibit immune rejection in allogeneic transplantation, and is often combined with corticosteroids. It is also widely used in rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, active chronic hepatitis, ulcerative colitis, myasthenia gravis, scleroderma and other autoimmune diseases.
