Introduction

In the field of fiber optic assembly industry, our product line includes single/two-component epoxy based adhesives, UV cured acrylic adhesives, and thermal conductive adhesives. Mainly used for fiber optic peripheral assembly, BOSA/ROSA assembly, tail fiber positioning, etc.

The characteristics of peripheral adhesive are low thermal expansion coefficient, high Tg, and good heat resistance, mainly used for peripheral assembly.

The characteristics of encapsulation adhesive are low thermal expansion coefficient, easy operation, high hardness, good wear resistance, and good temperature resistance. It is used for tail fiber encapsulation.

Tail fiber sealing: We provide multiple solutions for customers to choose from for passive component sealing and adhesive sealing with different customer processes. At the same time as providing the basic model with tough sealing, the product line has been upgraded to achieve rapid curing through heating curing, UV curing, etc., providing device sealing strips with strong and durable high impact, excellent high and low temperature resistance, and aging resistance.

Lens bonding and sealing: For new generation lens materials such as PEI, we offer a UV dual fixed product line for positioning and sealing bonding.

Property 2K-MMA Two-Component Acrylic Adhesive
Composition Methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer + curing agent (e.g., peroxide).
Curing Method Room-temperature or heat-activated polymerization (exothermic reaction).
Key Applications Structural bonding (metals, composites), automotive panels, aerospace components, loudspeaker magnet assembly.
Advantages Rapid curing (minutes), high shear/peel strength, low-temperature flexibility, no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Limitations Requires precise mixing ratio (short pot life after mixing), may yellow over time.
Distinct Features Bonds dissimilar materials (e.g., metal-plastic), forms flexible yet strong joints, resists impact/vibration.

Comparison with Epoxy:

Curing: 2K-MMA cures via polymerization (no external heat needed), while epoxy requires heat or specific conditions.

Flexibility: 2K-MMA retains flexibility post-cure, whereas epoxy is rigid.

Speed: 2K-MMA sets faster (2–5 minutes) than most epoxy systems.
